Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please kindly notify me 48 hours before your scheduled service. A 10-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals. After this time, the appointment will be forfeited and will need to be rescheduled. If there are two consecutive no-shows or cancellations/rescheduling, I reserve the right to deny any further services. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
